All entries received from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm on the opening date of the event are all treated as if they were received at the same time.

It is not necessary to enter an event at midnight to secure your spot at the event; only that you register online or by mail (postmarked) on the opening date.

If oversubscribed on opening day, the Event Secretary will draw from all the opening day entries.
