Login to the USEA’s Online Services: services.useventing.com
In the Horse section on the main screen, click on Register or Change Ownership.
Search for the horse to see if the horse has an existing registration and complete the registration/transfer information.

Please black out the price or any other private information you don’t wish to share.
NOTE: The transfer of ownership will remain in a PENDING state until the Bill of Sale is received, reviewed, and approved.
NOTE: Horse transfer of ownership information submitted to USEA is not automatically updated at the FEI or USEF.
