An authorized staff or faculty member of your school will need to complete the USEA Collegiate Team Application Form. They will need to submit the application and payment of $75 (per year) to the USEA office to be included in the program.
The membership year is December 1st - November 30th.
The affiliate college/university will need to submit a current team roster each year prior to February 15th. Collegiate Team Members listed on the roster will receive a $25 discount on their USEA Membership.
